Over the past three and a half years I have used Desert Concierge to provide property management and cleaning services at my vacation home in the Palm Springs area.

Jessica has provided excellent service over that time period.  She has access to trades that do quality work and will ensure items that need tending to get addressed.  Regardless if I am at my vacation home or not she ensures things get done.  She has arranged AC and furnace repairs and service, plumbing repairs, window cleaning and house hold cleaning all in my absence.  I never worry about the work being done to my standards.  Jessica is as picky as I am and I have been nothing but impressed with the trades and work completed to date.

Jessica also oversees that my landscaper and pool service providers.  She keeps then accountable ensuring the quality of work is maintained when I am not in the desert.

Jessica provides a full suite of services and does so with great efficiency.  She is prompt in responding to requests and no job is too small.  I have used her on several occasions for airport pick up and drop off.  I have also relied on her to ensure deliveries get received at my home in my absence.  Jessica is always willing to help and does so with a pleasant demeanor and a smile.
