Jessica Young is the driving force behind Desert Concierge, bringing over 20 years of experience in luxury home management in the Coachella Valley. Her professional journey began early, apprenticing under her father in his businesses, where she learned the value of attention to detail, service, and a strong work ethic—principles that continue to guide her today.
With a deep passion for all things Residential, Jessica founded Desert Concierge to offer a personalized, high-quality service to each of her clients. For Jessica, this business is more than just a job; it’s about building lasting relationships and ensuring every home she manages receives the care it deserves. Over the past three and a half years I have used Desert Concierge to provide property management and cleaning services at my vacation home in the Palm Springs area.
Jessica has provided excellent service over that time period. She has access to trades that do quality work and will ensure items that need tending to get addressed. Regardless if I am at my vacation home or not she ensures things get done. She has arranged AC and furnace repairs and service, plumbing repairs, window cleaning and housekeeping all in my absence. I never worry about the work being done to my standards. Jessica is as picky as I am and I have been nothing but impressed with the trades and work completed to date. I’ve had a fantastic experience working with Jessica & Ralf of Desert Concierge. They enable me to own a vacation rental in the desert while I live elsewhere. They provide cleaning services, handyman services, tech services, and concierge services. Ralf is the best handyman that I have ever worked with. I can provide a long list of items that I need addressed including repairs or items that I need installed such as a Ring Camera, or TVs and I know the list will be taken care of quickly and the quality of the work will be excellent. They are also genuinely very nice people and have given me guidance as I learn how to run a vacation rental. They are the first people I ask any question to because even if they don’t provide a specialized service they have a lot of good contacts in the area. They have put me in touch with a great electrician, painter and window repair company. I am so happy to have them in my life and am writing this review because I want to support their small business.
